Management and Oversight Structure

HS Capital Bank has been a privately-owned investment house for over 75 years. As a result, there is a uniquely efficient organizational structure. This allows HSCB advisors and brokers to quickly make decisions independently; giving the ability to establish a long-term proprietary strategy.

Roles and responsibilities in the HS Capital Banking Group are characterized in a clear corporate oversight structure (Founding Board CEO, Group Management, Executive Boards of the companies).

  • The Founding Board is the supervisory body for the Banking Group. At least four-times a year they meet. The Chairman of the Board is HSCB CEO, Sir Hans Süss III.
  • HSCB Group is branched into the two key areas; Private Banking and Asset Management. The Financial Services departments combine all the support functions of the Operations and Technology divisions.
  • The Managing Heads of the Private Banking, Asset Management and Financial Services units and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), together with the Group CEO, Hans Suss IV, constitute Group Senior Management.
